With the software installed, plug in the supplied USB cable into the device. Now plug it into your computer. Open the SCT Updater Software. I have had an issue with my Windows 10 laptop not detecting my SCT X4 device. I hooked it up. Vista desktop. Has anyone been able to get their SCT device to work and communicate with a Windows 10 computer? The device itself likely has some driver software stored on the device itself.
